At the end of September my Husband and I headed to a place that is special to the both of us, the Outer Banks, North Carolina! Now if you have ever been, YOU KNOW the OBX is beautiful and amazing! Right away I knew I had to find a couple to photograph while visiting! I needed my motion of the ocean vision to come to life.
You might say the stars completely aligned and I came across the sweetest couple that was totally up for my free fun loving idea. Truly so grateful for them. This session was one I have been dreaming of for a long time. When I tell you I couldn’t of been more thrilled to be able to bring the dream to LIFE, I’m not joking! These two had no idea what too expect with shooting with me but in the end were so happy and the look on their faces..they we’re having a total ball! It was a successful motion of the ocean kind of night! I personally couldn’t of been happier with the results and I know they feel the same.

I have to admit this was not the type of “adventure session” I ever thought I would be doing. It’s no secret that the mountains are my JAM, I thrive in the mountains. However, the ocean is stunning and magical in it’s own right. For me, personally this type of session felt like a risk, and one I am honestly so happy I took! I can’t wait for another opportunity to photograph a beautiful couple at the beach! If you find yourself wanting to play around in the ocean with your better half, reach me here!
